SCHILLER
Compressions that keep going.
EASY PULSE delivers automatic chest compressions at a consistent rate and depth, so the team can focus on airway, drugs and defibrillation. A piston combined with a band gives multidirectional compression, and the device's weight rests on the baseplate rather than the chest. It attaches to the upper body with a slider and colour-coded straps, works in a head-up position of up to 45° and starts with two buttons.
Key specifications
Why the EASY PULSE
Consistent compressions
EASY PULSE keeps rate and depth steady over long resuscitations and during transport, where manual CPR quality usually drops.
Small enough for aircraft
At 3.5 kg and attached directly to the upper body, it suits helicopters, small aircraft, confined spaces and disaster sites.
CPR head-up to 45°
It keeps compressing with the patient tilted up to 45°, so CPR can continue on stairs, in rope rescue and while the patient is moved.
Fast to apply
A slider and buckle system with colour-coded straps lets trained staff attach it in about 15 seconds; two buttons start compressions.
Power for long transfers
Swappable batteries give about 45 minutes each, and the device runs from mains or 12–48 V vehicle power while a battery is changed.
Where it is used
Ground and air ambulances, mountain and rope rescue, emergency wards, cardiology intensive care units and operating theatres.

How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, including spare batteries and slider options.
How long does it run?
About 45 minutes per battery. Batteries are replaceable, and on mains or vehicle power (12–48 V DC) the battery can be changed without stopping compressions.
Single slider or double slider?
The standard single slider is the lightest set-up. The double slider gives a wider base and two extra safety straps for more stability during long use or transport.
Can it be used during transport and in aircraft?
Yes. SCHILLER designed it for use during patient rescue and transport, including air rescue, and it works with the patient tilted head-up by up to 45°.
Is it FDA cleared?
No. EASY PULSE is CE marked (Class IIb) and is not FDA cleared, so it is not sold in the United States. GCC registration relies on its CE documentation.
