Questions
Questions from buyers in Saudi Arabia.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?
Yes. We ship to any city in Saudi Arabia. Give us the delivery city when you request a quote and the quotation will state the Incoterm and lead time.
Can you supply a product that is not yet registered with the SFDA?
A product cannot be sold or used in the Kingdom before it holds the approvals Saudi regulations require. If it is not yet registered, the quotation says so, and where possible we work with the manufacturer or its authorised representative on the route to registration.
Can you quote in Saudi riyals?
Yes. We invoice in SAR, USD or AED. Prices exclude VAT, duties and shipping unless the quotation states otherwise.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Usually within one business day, once we have the product, quantity, delivery city and timeline.
Can Saudi facilities use Envision RIS?
Yes. KGG is the exclusive Envision partner across the GCC, including Saudi Arabia. Book a demo to see how it would be configured for your facility.
