Terms & Conditions

1.Business-to-business only

KGG sells only to businesses, institutions and government entities for commercial, clinical or institutional use. Consumer protection rules for retail sales do not apply.

A signed contract, statement of work or order confirmation takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

2.Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is binding once KGG confirms it in writing and receives the required payment. KGG may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be lawfully supplied.

3.Prices and payment

Prices, currency and payment terms are set out in the quotation and in our Payment Policy. Prices exclude VAT, duties and shipping unless stated.

4.Delivery

Delivery, risk and customs responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterm and our Shipping Policy. Stated lead times are estimates. They may be extended by manufacturer delays, customs, regulatory holds or events outside our control.

5.Regulatory compliance for medical products

• The buyer is responsible for using, storing and dispensing medical products according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable UAE and GCC rules.
• Where a product needs registration or an import permit, delivery may be held until approval is granted.
• KGG will pass on manufacturer safety notices and recalls and cooperate with the relevant authorities.

6.Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Sterile, cold-chain, custom and regulated items have specific restrictions.

7.Warranty

Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. KGG gives no additional warranty beyond what is stated in writing. Software and services are provided as described in the relevant agreement and service-level terms.

8.Software, AI and IT services

• Licences: software is licensed, not sold. Use is limited to the scope, users and sites in your agreement.
• Client data: you keep ownership of your data. KGG and its technology partners process it only to deliver the services, under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of your agreement and applicable UAE law.
• Health data: for healthcare deployments, the parties agree hosting, access controls and health-information-exchange connections in writing before go-live.
• AI outputs: AI-generated suggestions, including in clinical reporting, support qualified professionals and do not replace their judgement.
• Third-party components: some solutions are delivered with partners (such as Envision Solutions and SADA Technologies) and may be subject to their licence terms, which we share before signature.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KGG’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. KGG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

10.Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, port closures, sanctions or government action.

11.Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private. Website content, trademarks and materials belong to KGG or its partners and may not be reused without permission.

12.Website use

Information on this website is general and may change without notice. Product images are for illustration. How we handle personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction, unless your contract specifies arbitration.
