ProVu pairs a sterile, single-use handle and all-metal blade with a reusable, wipeable display. The Macintosh blade has the same shape as Flexicare's BritePro Solo, so clinicians keep their direct laryngoscopy technique, while Hyper Angulated blades help with anterior airways and limited neck movement. A distal camera with LED illumination and internal anti-fog design gives a view of the glottis without warm-up. The 3.5-inch display tilts through 70° and wakes with one button; an 8-inch display suits team viewing.

The Mac blade has the same shape and profile as Flexicare's BritePro Solo, so direct and video laryngoscopy use the same technique.

Which display should I choose?
The 3.5-inch display mounts on the handle, weighs 90 g and runs at least 60 minutes per charge. The 8-inch display runs 3.5 hours and gives the team a larger shared view, with mains power for longer cases.
What is the shelf life?
Flexicare declares two years from the date of manufacture for the sterile handle and blade; the expiry date is printed on each pouch.
Can it be used on newborns?
Yes. Flexicare offers Mini handles with Miller blades in sizes 00, 0 and 1, plus Mac and Hyper Angulated sizes 1 and 2.
Does the display need reprocessing?
The display is non-sterile and reusable. Flexicare states it can be decontaminated between patients with standard disinfectants.
