KARL STORZ
C-MAC, in your pocket.
The C-MAC Pocket Monitor brings the C-MAC system to the patient wherever they are. Its 3.5-inch, 640 × 480 display swivels on two axes, stays readable over a 160° angle and records images and videos to internal memory, on an exchangeable battery lasting up to 90 minutes. With the reusable C-MAC S Imager, it drives single-use C-MAC S blades: Slimline Macintosh #3 and #4 and the hyperangulated D-BLADE for adults, and Miller #0 and #1 for children. The same blades also work with the C-MAC HD monitor.
Key specifications
Why the C-MAC Pocket Monitor
A monitor for the field
At 225 g with an IPX8 rating, the Pocket Monitor clips onto the laryngoscope and goes from ambulance to emergency room to ward.
Single-use blades, same system
C-MAC S blades fit a reusable imager, so the part that touches the patient is discarded while the electronics stay on the monitor.
Slimmer adult blades
The 2025 Slimline Macintosh #3, #4 and D-BLADE have a slimmer outer profile and are tested to withstand 4–6 times typical intubation force.
For difficult airways
The hyperangulated D-BLADE helps when the larynx sits anterior or neck movement is limited; Miller #0 and #1 cover small children.
Record what you see
Images and videos save to the monitor's internal memory for documentation, teaching and handover.
Where it is used
Pre-hospital emergency medicine, emergency departments, intensive care, operating theatres and resuscitation teams.
