ZOLL

Shock and CPR, guided.

The ZOLL AED Plus analyses the heart rhythm, charges and tells the rescuer when to press the shock button. Its one-piece CPR-D-padz electrodes contain a sensor that measures chest compressions, so Real CPR Help can prompt rescuers by voice, text and graphics to push harder or faster. It runs on ten standard 123A lithium photo batteries and is rated IP55 against dust and water.

Why the ZOLL AED Plus

Real CPR Help

A sensor in the CPR-D-padz measures each compression. The AED Plus gives voice, text and visual prompts on depth and rate, with an adaptive metronome to keep rescuers on pace.

One-piece electrode

CPR-D-padz come as a single pull-strip pad with placement illustrations and a hand-position landmark, which helps untrained rescuers apply them quickly and correctly.

Standard batteries

Ten off-the-shelf 123A lithium batteries power the device for about five years in standby, with a red X warning when replacement is due.

Built for rough use

IP55 dust and water protection, 100G shock rating and an operating range up to 50 °C suit outdoor sites, vehicles and hot climates.

Ready-check every week

Automatic self-tests check battery, pads, ECG, charge and discharge circuits, CPR sensor and audio, with a monthly full-energy test.

Where it is used

Offices, schools, mosques, malls, sports venues, police and security teams, EMS and fire services, clinics and hospitals.

Questions

Is the ZOLL AED Plus available in the UAE and the GCC?

KGG sources the ZOLL AED Plus, its electrodes and batteries on request for companies, schools, venues, EMS providers and hospitals in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability is confirmed with each quotation.

How do I get a price?

Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can include spare pads, batteries, cases and cabinets.

What is the difference between semi-automatic and fully automatic?

The semi-automatic AED Plus tells the rescuer to press the shock button when a shock is advised. The fully automatic version delivers the shock itself after a warning. Choose according to your local protocol.

Can it be used on children?

Yes, with ZOLL Pedi-padz II electrodes, sold separately. ZOLL specifies paediatric pads for children under 8 years or under 25 kg / 55 lb.

How long do the pads and batteries last?

CPR-D-padz have a five-year shelf life. A new set of ten 123A lithium batteries typically lasts five years in standby, or 225 shocks.

Will it cope with Gulf heat?

ZOLL rates the AED Plus for operation from 0 to 50 °C and storage from −30 to 60 °C. For outdoor sites, an indoor or shaded cabinet is still advisable to protect pads and batteries.
