Mindray

First shock in under 8 seconds.

The BeneHeart C series guides lay rescuers through defibrillation and CPR with ResQNavi voice prompts that adapt to how quickly the rescuer is working. QShock pre-charges during the 5-second rhythm analysis, so the first shock is delivered in under 8 seconds, and energy escalates up to 360 J for adults. The C1A is voice-guided; the C2 adds a 7-inch colour screen with animations. Both come as semi-automatic or fully automatic versions, are rated IP55 and can report their self-tests to Mindray's AED-Alert 2.0 management system over Wi-Fi or 4G.

Why the BeneHeart C1A / C2

QShock speed

Pre-charging runs in parallel with the 5-second rhythm analysis, so the first shock is ready in under 8 seconds from opening the lid.

Up to 360 J

Impedance-compensated biphasic energy escalates to 360 J for adults, with a separate child energy range of 10–100 J.

Guidance that adapts

ResQNavi changes its voice prompts, and on the C2 its animations, when a rescuer hesitates, and coaches CPR with a metronome and encouragement.

Built for public places

IP55 sealing, a 1.5 m drop test on all six sides, and battery and pads with up to a five-year life cycle.

Managed remotely

Optional Wi-Fi or 4G connects each unit to AED-Alert 2.0 for self-test status, fault alerts and pad and battery expiry reminders.

Where it is used

Public places and facilities such as offices, malls, airports, schools, sports venues and transport, for rescuers trained in basic life support.

Questions

Is the BeneHeart C1A / C2 available in the UAE and the GCC?

KGG sources the BeneHeart C1A and C2 on request for organisations, clinics and public facilities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. They are supplied subject to registration in each destination country, and availability is confirmed with each quotation.

How do I get a price?

Add the BeneHeart C1A or C2 to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can include spare pads, batteries and cabinets.

What is the difference between the C1A and the C2?

Both share the same 360 J biphasic engine, QShock and ResQNavi guidance. The C1A is voice-guided without a screen and weighs about 2.0 kg; the C2 adds a 7-inch colour screen with animated guidance and weighs about 2.3 kg.

Semi-automatic or fully automatic?

On the semi-automatic version the rescuer presses the shock button when advised. The Fully Automatic version delivers the shock itself after warning everyone to stand clear. The rhythm analysis is the same.

Can it be used on children?

Yes. Switch to child mode or use child pads, and the AED selects child energy levels of 10–100 J and child CPR prompts. The MR62 pads detect adult or child automatically.

Will it cope with Gulf heat?

Mindray rates operation from −5 to 50 °C, but long-term storage at 15–35 °C, and pad shelf life shortens above 25 °C. Use a shaded or air-conditioned indoor cabinet rather than a hot vehicle or outdoor box without cooling.
