Withings
A watch. With a medical-grade ECG.
ScanWatch 2 looks like a classic analogue watch with a small PMOLED screen in the dial. Resting a finger on the steel bezel records a single-lead ECG in 30 seconds, and the Scan Monitor software looks for atrial fibrillation; on-demand SpO2, continuous temperature-variation tracking, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, sleep and 40+ workout modes run in the background. Results sync to the Withings app and can be shared with a doctor or reviewed by a cardiologist through Withings+.
Key specifications
Why the ScanWatch 2
ECG on the wrist
Touch the steel bezel for 30 seconds to record a single-lead ECG; Scan Monitor flags signs of atrial fibrillation and the tracing can be shared as a PDF with a doctor.
More than a heart monitor
On-demand SpO2, continuous temperature-variation tracking, overnight HRV, respiratory rate and breathing disturbances add context to heart readings.
Weeks, not hours
Up to 35 days per charge keeps day-and-night monitoring running, which suits older patients and remote programmes where daily charging is unrealistic.
Built like a watch
Stainless steel case, sapphire glass and 5 ATM water resistance in 38 mm or 42 mm, so patients wear it every day rather than leaving it in a drawer.
Where it is used
Personal heart-health monitoring, cardiology follow-up and remote patient monitoring programmes, corporate wellness and executive health, for adults with known or suspected heart rhythm concerns.
In the box
ScanWatch 2 watch (38 mm or 42 mm) with fluoroelastomer wristband and a ScanWatch 2 charging cable (earlier ScanWatch chargers are not compatible). Withings+ trial offered with purchase. Pack sizes and configurations are confirmed with the quotation.
