Eko
Hear more. See the rhythm.
CORE 500 looks and handles like a familiar stethoscope, then adds amplification, active noise cancellation and cardiac, pulmonary and wide-band filters. Electrodes around the chestpiece record a 3-lead ECG, and the display shows ECG waveforms, heart rate and analysis results. Paired with the Eko App, clinicians can record and share exams and use Eko's AI for atrial fibrillation and structural murmurs, with some features requiring a paid membership.
Key specifications
Why the CORE 500
Sound, amplified
Up to 40× amplification with active noise cancellation, plus cardiac, pulmonary and wide-band filters for heart, lung and body sounds.
ECG in the chestpiece
Integrated electrodes record a 3-lead ECG during auscultation, giving quick insight into rhythm and helping decide when a full ECG is needed.
Results on the display
The full-colour screen shows ECG waveforms, heart rate and, when connected to the Eko App, AI analysis results directly on the stethoscope.
AI support, when enabled
Eko's FDA-cleared AI checks the ECG for atrial fibrillation and normal sinus rhythm in adults, and Eko's murmur AI flags structural murmurs. Some features need a paid Eko membership.
