Hilo
Blood pressure. Day and night.
The Hilo Band uses optical sensors at the wrist to take blood pressure readings throughout the day and night without inflating a cuff. An upper-arm cuff provides initial and periodic calibration, and the Hilo App turns readings into trends and doctor-ready reports. It is validated to ISO 81060-2 and CE marked as a Class IIa medical device in Europe.
Key specifications
Why the Hilo Band
No squeeze, all day
The band takes readings automatically through the day and night, so patterns linked to sleep, stress, movement and recovery become visible.
Calibrated to a cuff
An upper-arm cuff calibrates the band at the start and periodically afterwards, as part of Hilo's clinically validated monitoring system.
Reports doctors can use
The Hilo App shows trends and personalised insights and produces doctor-ready reports to share at consultations.
Light and waterproof
At 16 g with an IP68 rating, it can be worn in the shower and when swimming, and runs up to 15 days per charge.
Know the limits
Not for people with sustained arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, markedly reduced peripheral circulation, during pregnancy, on damaged skin, or outside ages 21–85.
Where it is used
At home for everyday blood pressure monitoring, with reports shared with GPs, cardiology and hypertension clinics.

Questions
Is the Hilo Band available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources the Hilo Band on request for clinics, care programmes and individual users in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability is confirmed with each quotation.
How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and documents for your country.
Does it replace a blood pressure cuff?
No. The band relies on an upper-arm cuff for initial and periodic calibration, and Hilo states it is not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
Who should not use it?
Hilo lists people with sustained arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation or resting heart rate above 120 bpm, conditions that markedly reduce peripheral circulation, pregnancy, damaged skin at the wrist, and anyone under 21 or over 85.
Is a subscription required?
Yes. A Hilo membership is included for the first 12 months and renews annually. Without an active membership there are 30 days of limited access, after which new measurements stop.
Is this the same as the US Hilo product?
The European Hilo Band G1 is CE marked. In the US, the G0 system received FDA over-the-counter clearance in July 2025, and a US launch was reported in July 2026. We confirm the model with the quotation.
