WEINMANN Emergency
Both hands on the mask.
MEDUMAT Easy CPR replaces bag-valve-mask ventilation with consistent, volume-controlled breaths during resuscitation and transport. One dial sets tidal volume and rate together from 65 to 950 ml, with colour-coded child and adult zones; the MEDUtrigger lets one rescuer give two breaths in under five seconds while holding the mask seal with both hands. It runs from medical oxygen at 2.7–6 bar, uses no oxygen for its own control, and a lithium battery powers the electronics for about 100 hours.
Key specifications
Why the MEDUMAT Easy CPR
Hands free for the seal
The MEDUtrigger delivers a set breath at the press of a button, so one rescuer can hold the mask with both hands and give two breaths in under five seconds.
Right volume, right rate
A single dial couples tidal volume and rate, with marked child and adult zones, for more consistent ventilation rates and tidal volumes than manual bag-valve-mask.
Three modes in one
Continuous IPPV for apnoeic patients, manual breaths during CPR, and demand-flow 100 % oxygen for patients who are still breathing spontaneously.
Small enough for every kit
At 0.7 kg and 100 × 145 × 90 mm, it fits an oxygen bag or mounts on a stretcher, and is tested to RTCA DO-160G for air rescue.
Oxygen-driven, battery-light
Medical oxygen drives the breaths with no gas used for control; a maintenance-free lithium battery runs the electronics for about 100 hours.
Where it is used
Ambulance and fire-rescue services, air rescue, hospital crash teams and emergency departments, and intra- and inter-hospital transport of patients from 10 kg.

Questions
Is the MEDUMAT Easy CPR available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources the MEDUMAT Easy CPR on request for ambulance services, civil defence and hospitals in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. It is supplied subject to registration in each destination country, and availability is confirmed with each quotation.
How do I get a price?
Add the MEDUMAT Easy CPR to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can include masks, hose systems, a PEEP valve and mounting kits.
Can it be used on children?
Yes, for patients of 10 kg body weight or more. The dial has a marked child zone from 65 ml at 25 breaths per minute, and the pressure limit can be set to 20 or 45 cmH2O.
How long will an oxygen cylinder last?
It depends on cylinder size and settings, because the breaths themselves are oxygen. The device uses no oxygen for its own control; WEINMANN's instructions explain how to calculate remaining operating time from cylinder content.
How is it different from MEDUMAT Standard²?
Easy CPR is a compact, dial-operated ventilator for BLS and ALS crews, with IPPV, manual and demand-flow modes. MEDUMAT Standard² is a larger, menu-driven transport ventilator with more ventilation modes and options, including CCSV for synchronising ventilation with chest compressions.
Will it work in Gulf heat?
The current specification gives operation from −20 to +50 °C and storage from −40 to +70 °C. Keep it in the cabin or a shaded compartment on hot days.
