Getinge
Care with confidence.
The Servo-c is Getinge's everyday ICU ventilator, built on the Servo platform with the essential lung-protection and weaning tools rather than the full advanced toolkit of the Servo-u. One device covers invasive ventilation, NIV and integrated High Flow therapy, so patients can move between them without changing ventilator. Servo Compass, Open Lung Tool trends, Stress Index and mainstream CO₂ monitoring support lung-protective settings, and Automode eases the switch from controlled to supported breathing. A wide 15-inch touchscreen, a lighter patient unit and two hot-swappable lithium-ion batteries suit busy wards and intra-hospital transport.
Key specifications
Why the Servo-c
One ventilator, whole journey
Invasive ventilation, NIV and High Flow therapy run on the same device. Switching from invasive ventilation to High Flow does not even require Standby, and integrated Aerogen nebulisation works in every mode.
Lung protection made visible
Servo Compass shows at a glance whether tidal volume per predicted body weight and driving or total pressure are within target, while Open Lung Tool trends and Stress Index support recruitment and PEEP titration.
Smoother weaning
Automode moves the patient from controlled to supported breaths as their own effort returns, with less manual intervention. PRVC and SIMV (PRVC) + PS give volume-targeted options.
Designed for the bedside
A wide 15-inch touchscreen with the iF Design Award-winning GUIDE interface, sculpted handles, a slim cart with lockable 360° castors and a removable patient unit with secure locking.
Power you can see
Two hot-swappable lithium-ion batteries give up to three hours of run time, charge whenever the ventilator is plugged in and display remaining time in minutes rather than per cent.
Where it is used
Adult and paediatric intensive care, high-dependency and step-down units, neonatal care with the neonatal option, and intra-hospital transfers between wards and imaging.
In the box
Servo-c patient unit with 15-inch touchscreen and lithium-ion battery, as configured by Getinge (1.5 h battery standard; second battery for 3 h is optional per the brochure). Mobile cart, neonatal option, CO₂ monitoring, Compressor Mini, gas cylinder kit, humidifier and holders are specified per order. Configuration and consumables are confirmed with the quotation.
Clearance & compliance
Getinge's public material for the Servo-c states no CE or FDA marking. Getinge states it complies with the latest international standards for product safety, biocompatibility, electromagnetic compatibility and cybersecurity, and that the Servo-c may be pending regulatory approval in some countries. Not marketed in the US. Supplied subject to registration in each destination country (MOHAP, DoH, DHA, SFDA or the equivalent authority). Certificates, declarations of conformity, IFUs and registration documents are provided with every quotation. Specifications are indicative and subject to manufacturer change.

Questions
Is the Getinge Servo-c available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources the Servo-c on request for hospitals and intensive care units in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability, configuration and lead time are confirmed with each quotation.
How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can quote the cart, second battery, CO₂ monitoring and neonatal option with it.
Can the Servo-c ventilate newborns?
Yes, with the neonatal option Getinge introduced in June 2025: babies from 500 g, tidal volumes from 2 ml and invasive leakage compensation, without extra physical accessories. Confirm that the neonatal option is included and approved for your country when ordering.
How does the Servo-c differ from the Servo-u and the Servo-air?
The Servo-c keeps Servo Compass, Open Lung Tool trends, Automode, CO₂ and High Flow, but Getinge does not list NAVA, Edi, transpulmonary pressure or Heliox, which are Servo-u tools. The Servo-air is turbine-driven and independent of wall gas, for adults and children.
Is it suitable for transport within the hospital?
Yes. Getinge describes it as lightweight and compact with high battery capacity: 18 kg patient unit, 33 kg on its cart, and up to three hours from two hot-swappable lithium-ion batteries that can be changed during ventilation.
Which consumables does it use, and is training available?
Getinge offers Servo Duo Guard bacterial and viral filters, Aerogen Solo nebulisers, masks and tubing, and says the Servo-c needs no proprietary disposables. Expiratory cassettes are shared with other Servos. Getinge Academy provides online and on-site training.
