Vivolight
See the vein. First time.
The V800P shines 850 nm near-infrared light onto the skin and projects the vein pattern it detects back onto the same spot in real time. A smart depth mode places a red cross over the vein and shows one, two or three green blocks for depths of 0–2, 2–4 and 4–6 mm, with a suggested needle angle. A Clear fine mode suits thin veins, and five projection colours, four brightness levels and a paediatric projection size adapt it to skin tones, lighting and small patients. It runs on a rechargeable battery and can be used handheld or on a table or floor stand.
Key specifications
Why the Vivolight V800P
A vein map on the skin
Near-infrared light at 850 nm finds superficial veins and projects their pattern onto the skin, right where the needle goes.
Depth at a glance
A red cross aligns with the vein and one to three green blocks show its depth, from 0–2 mm to 4–6 mm, with a suggested needle entry angle.
Made for difficult veins
The Clear fine mode reduces background noise for thin veins; five colours and four brightness levels adapt to skin tone and room lighting.
Sized for children
A paediatric projection size narrows the field for small hands, feet and limbs.
Handheld or hands-free
Battery-powered at 350 g for use at the bedside, or mounted on the optional table or floor stand for treatment rooms.
Where it is used
Wards, infusion rooms, emergency departments, operating theatres, phlebotomy, paediatrics, clinics and emergency vehicles.

Questions
Is the Vivolight V800P available in the UAE and the GCC?

How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. Tell us the model and whether you need a table or floor stand, and we reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country.
How deep can it see?
Vivolight states an investigation depth of 10 mm. The depth mode grades veins at 0–2, 2–4 and 4–6 mm. Deeper vessels usually need ultrasound guidance.
Does it touch the patient?
No. It projects from about 21 cm above the skin, so there is no contact and no consumable.
What is the difference between the V800P and the Vivo 500S?
The Vivo 500S is Vivolight's earlier compact projection model. The V800P is the current model with depth detection, Clear fine mode, five colours and a paediatric size. We confirm which models are offered with each quotation.
Does it work on darker skin?
Vivolight says the selectable projection colours are designed to work across skin tones and lighting conditions. A demonstration on your own patient group is the best test.
