Grip-Lok
Every line. Held close.
Grip-Lok wraps the line between two adhesive surfaces and a fabric flap, securing it top and bottom while keeping a barrier between tube and skin. The hook-and-loop flap opens so the line can be repositioned or accessed without lifting the device from the skin. The universal devices come in three sizes; the wider portfolio adds versions for PICC and CVC hubs, arterial and peripheral IV catheters, dialysis fistula needles, Foley catheters and nasogastric tubes.
Key specifications
Why the Grip-Lok
Secured all round
The line sits between adhesive surfaces under a fabric flap, held top and bottom to limit motion while keeping the tube off the skin.
Reposition without removal
Open the hook-and-loop flap to reposition or access the line, then close it again, without peeling the device from the skin.
Low profile, no hard plastic
A flexible, low-profile design keeps the device close to the skin. TIDI states adhesion up to 4.9 times stronger than commonly used tape (data on file).
One family, many lines
Universal sizes cover 4.5–40 Fr tubing, with dedicated devices for PICC and CVC hubs, arterial and peripheral IVs, dialysis needles, Foley catheters and NG tubes.
Where it is used
ICUs, wards, emergency departments, dialysis units, paediatrics, long-term care and home care.

Questions
Is Grip-Lok available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources Grip-Lok on request for hospitals, dialysis centres and home care providers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability is confirmed with each quotation.
Which universal size do I need?
Small 3200S fits lines and tubing of 4.5–13.5 Fr, medium 3300M fits 9–24 Fr and large 3400L fits 16–40 Fr. Choose by the outer diameter of the tube at the securement site.
Is there a dedicated Foley version?
Yes. The 3400LFC (adult) and 3600PFC (paediatric) hold the catheter in a foam channel with a loop strap, allowing limited movement without any adhesive touching the catheter.
Can it secure PICCs and central lines?
Yes. The 3601CVC, 3300MWA and 2200NUZA versions provide suture-free securement at catheter attachment points and adhere to PICC hubs made of silicone, PVC and other plastics. Versions are also made for specific Arrow and Bard catheters.
How is it removed?
TIDI notes that an alcohol swab may help release the adhesive from the skin. Replace the device if it is soiled, saturated or shows wear.
