Hearing tests. In one hand.
Sentiero is PATH medical's modular handheld hearing-test platform. The screening configuration runs DPOAE or TEOAE with two probes, testing both ears at once, and can add a built-in pure-tone screening audiometer; the Advanced configuration adds two-channel diagnostic audiometry with bone conduction and speech tests, ABR and ASSR. A 3.5-inch colour touchscreen guides each test, results for up to 1,000 patients are stored on the device, and MIRA software exports reports and links to NOAH.

Why the Sentiero
Both ears at once
Two OAE probes test left and right ears in parallel, and PATH's frequency-modulated FMDPOAE stimulus keeps DPOAE traces readable where standard DPOAE can show gaps.
Audiometer built in
The screening model can include a pure-tone screening audiometer; the Advanced model is a two-channel diagnostic audiometer with bone conduction, masking and speech tests.
Grows with the service
Start with OAE screening and upgrade the same device with audiometry, ABR, ASSR or children's modules such as MAGIC and MATCH.
Data that moves
Up to 1,000 patients are stored on the device. MIRA exports full-colour reports, results link to NOAH, and pathTrack connects newborn screening data to tracking centres.

In the box

Is the Sentiero available in the UAE and the GCC?

What is the difference between Sentiero Screening and Sentiero Advanced?
Screening runs DPOAE or TEOAE with optional pure-tone screening audiometry (class 4). Advanced is a diagnostic platform with two-channel audiometry (class 3), bone conduction and speech tests, plus ABR and ASSR.
Is the AuDX PRO Flex the same device?
AuDX, AuDX PRO and AuDX PRO Flex are Natus Bio-logic names for PATH-made devices under the same FDA clearance. Natus describes the AuDX PRO Flex as a table-top unit; the handheld equivalent is the Sentiero. We quote the PATH configuration that matches your tests.
Can it screen newborns?
Yes. OAE screening and, on the Advanced model, automated ABR are used in newborn hearing screening, and results can be sent to the pathTrack tracking system.
Which consumables does it need?
OAE probe tips in several sizes, and electrodes for ABR. We can quote ear tips, electrodes and spare probes with the device.
