HD Medical
Hear it. See it. Together.
HD Steth looks and handles like a conventional stethoscope, but digitises what it hears. Smart amplification and active noise cancellation work across Bell, Diaphragm and Lung modes, while three gold-plated electrodes around the chest piece capture a single-lead ECG and heart rate shown on a small OLED display. Over Bluetooth, the HD Steth app on iOS or Android shows the phonocardiogram and ECG together, so recordings can be saved, replayed, shared with a specialist or passed to an EHR.
Key specifications
Why the HD Steth
Sound and rhythm together
Heart sounds and a single-lead ECG are captured through the same chest piece, so murmurs and extra sounds can be read against the cardiac cycle in real time.
Three electrodes, no leads
Gold-plated electrodes around the diaphragm pick up the ECG as soon as the chest piece touches the skin; heart rate appears on the OLED display.
Quieter listening
Smart amplification and active noise cancellation, with Bell, Diaphragm and Lung modes selected by one button.
Record, replay, share
The Bluetooth app saves PCG and ECG recordings with chest position and posture, replays them through the HD Speaker and shares them securely for a second opinion.
Familiar form
Conventional binaural, tubing and chest piece with a one-handed keypad, so clinicians can use it without retraining.
Where it is used
Primary care, cardiology and paediatric clinics, urgent care and emergency settings, post-operative and elderly care, telehealth and teaching.

Questions
Is the HD Steth available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources the HD Steth on request for clinics, hospitals and medical schools in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. It is supplied subject to registration in each destination country, and availability is confirmed with each quotation.
How do I get a price?
Add the HD Steth to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can quote spare batteries, diaphragms and ear tips with it.
Does it replace a 12-lead ECG?
No. It records a single-lead ECG rhythm alongside heart sounds to support auscultation. HD Medical states it assists a qualified clinician and is not intended as a stand-alone diagnostic device; a standard 12-lead ECG is still needed for full assessment.
Can it be used as a normal stethoscope without the battery?
No. The audio is fully digitised, so the battery must be charged. It lasts about 8 hours continuously or 3–5 days of typical clinical use and recharges in 4–5 hours over Micro-USB.
Which phones does the app run on?
The HD Steth app is available for iOS and Android and connects over standard Bluetooth, with a range of up to 10 m and best performance within 1.5 m.
How is it cleaned between patients?
Wipe the chest piece diaphragm after each use and the body at the end of the day with a soft cloth or alcohol wipe. Do not immerse it in water or liquid sterilants.
