AUVON
Insulin, kept cool on the move.
AUVON insulin coolers combine three layers of insulation, a water-resistant Oxford fabric exterior, thickened EPE foam and an aluminium lining, with frozen gel packs. AUVON's own tests at 25–30 °C give 10–12.5 hours of cooling after the packs are frozen for 12 hours. The expandable BO1120 grows by 40% to carry up to five pens, and the large BO1341 holds up to eight pens plus supplies in three compartments. Both have a carrying handle and fit into a backpack or cabin bag.

How do I get a price?
Add the AUVON Insulin Cooler to your quote list or use Request a quote, stating the model and colour. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents needed for your country.
How long does it keep insulin cool in Gulf summer heat?
AUVON's cooling times of 10–12.5 hours were measured at 25–30 °C. Outdoor summer temperatures in the Gulf are much higher, so expect shorter times; keep the case out of direct sun and parked cars and carry spare frozen packs.
Which model should I choose?
The BO1120 suits daily use and short trips, holding three pens, or five when expanded. The BO1341 holds up to eight pens plus meter and supplies, with four ice packs for longer days or travel.
Can I take it on a plane?
AUVON markets the cases as TSA-approved, and TSA allows frozen ice packs when presented for screening. Rules differ by airline and country, so check before flying.
Can the ice packs freeze the insulin?
Insulin should not be frozen. Follow the AUVON user manual and the insulin maker's storage instructions, and avoid placing pens in direct contact with frozen packs.
