Spirit-3 concentrates oxygen from room air by pressure swing adsorption on molecular sieve beds and delivers it in pulses each time the user inhales. Four settings deliver up to 750 mL of oxygen per minute at 90% (+6%/−3%) concentration. It runs from mains, a 12–16 V vehicle supply or its 14.4 V lithium-ion battery, and alarms cover low oxygen concentration, no breath detected, pressure, temperature and compressor faults.

Pulse on every breath
An inspiratory trigger opens the delivery valve as the user inhales, with the pulse sized to breath rate and setting for efficient use of oxygen.
Three ways to power
Use mains power at home, a 12–16 V DC supply in the car, or the 14.4 V lithium-ion battery for up to five hours away from a socket.
Built-in safeguards
Alarms for low oxygen concentration, no breath detected, over-temperature, pressure and compressor faults shut down or alert as required.
Carry and go
At 2.4 kg with battery and 22 × 8 × 22 cm, it travels in its carry bag with the display visible through the top.
Quiet at night
Typical sound pressure is 44 dB(A) at setting 2 and 47 dB(A) at setting 4, measured at 2 m.

Is the Spirit-3 available in the UAE and the GCC?

Does it give continuous flow?
No. Spirit-3 is a pulse-dose concentrator with settings 1 to 4, delivering up to 750 mL of oxygen per minute. Patients who need continuous flow or are oxygen-dependent need a different device and a backup supply.
How long does the battery last?
Yuwell states up to 5 hours on battery under most conditions, depending on setting and breath rate. A full recharge takes about 4 hours.
Can it be used in Gulf summer heat?
Yuwell rates operation from 5 to 35 °C and 15–90% humidity. Above 35 °C oxygen output and concentration may drop, so use it in air-conditioned spaces and never leave it in a parked car.
Who is it for?
Adults only. It provides supplemental oxygen at settings prescribed by a physician and is not intended to be life-supporting.
