BladderScan i10 combines a 3D VMODE probe with ImageSense, Verathon's AI technology, which detects bladder location, size and shape and measures volume automatically within seconds. A 10.1-inch touchscreen guides the user with automatic bladder location and BladderTraq contour tracking. Results chart to the EHR by scanning the screen or a printout with a barcode wand, without a network connection. Hospitals use it to check urinary retention and reduce unnecessary catheterisation.

Does it need calibration or a network?
No routine calibration is needed, even when probes are swapped. Charting uses barcode wands already connected to the EHR, so no IT network connection is required.
