iNAP
No mask. Just sleep.
iNAP One creates a gentle negative pressure in the mouth through a soft oral interface, drawing the tongue and soft palate forward so the airway stays open while the user breathes through the nose. A palm-sized, battery-powered console generates the pressure and collects excess saliva into a 100 mL container. A physician sets the pressure between −20 and −90 mmHg in the iNAP Lab+ app, which also logs usage. It is indicated for adults in whom positive airway pressure is not the preferred choice.
Key specifications
Why the iNAP One
Mask-free therapy
No face mask, straps or large hose. A soft oral interface sits in the mouth and the user breathes naturally through the nose.
Gentle oral vacuum
Negative pressure draws the tongue and soft palate forward to keep the upper airway open, adjustable from −20 to −90 mmHg.
Fits in one hand
The 210 g console is 152 × 80 × 36 mm, runs on a built-in rechargeable battery and is quiet once the set pressure is reached.
Physician-tuned, tracked
Clinicians set the pressure in the iNAP Lab+ app; users adjust intensity and keep compliance records of nightly use.
Where it is used
At home, prescribed by sleep physicians, ENT surgeons and dental sleep specialists for adults with obstructive sleep apnoea who do not prefer CPAP.

Who is it for?
Adults with obstructive sleep apnoea in whom positive airway pressure is not the preferred treatment. Users must be able to breathe through the nose; Somnics' US site says it is not for predominant central sleep apnoea.
How is it different from CPAP?
CPAP blows air into the airway through a mask. iNAP One applies a gentle vacuum inside the mouth to hold the tongue and soft palate forward, with no mask and nasal breathing.
What are the running consumables?
A DryPad saliva absorbent is discarded after each night. Oral interfaces and tubing are replaced periodically; Somnics' US programme ships refills quarterly.
Who sets the pressure?
An authorised physician sets the therapy pressure in the iNAP Lab+ app, between −20 and −90 mmHg. The user can adjust intensity and see usage records.
