PARI
Fresh parts. Fast nebulisation.
The eFlow rapid handset turns solutions and suspensions approved for lower-airway disease into an aerosol through a vibrating stainless-steel membrane with many tiny holes, driven by the eBase Controller. The aerosol head is a wearing part: PARI recommends replacing it every 3–6 months, and the handset body after up to a year, or sooner if nebulisation time more than doubles. Medication-specific eFlow handsets such as Tolero, Zirela and Altera are separate products.
Key specifications
Why the eFlow rapid handset
Membrane, not compressor
A vibrating stainless-steel membrane produces the aerosol quietly (below 33 dB(A)), and the controller switches off automatically when the medication is finished.
A planned replacement cycle
Aerosol heads every 3–6 months and handset bodies after up to a year keep nebulisation times short. Stock them on the same cycle as your patients.
Every part by number
Handsets, aerosol heads, mouthpieces, cords, power supplies and cases are listed by PARI item number, for international and US systems.
Filters and masks
The PARI Filter Valve Set reduces exhaled aerosol into the room, and SMARTMASK Baby, Kids and adult masks serve patients who cannot use a mouthpiece.
Where it is used
Cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis clinics, respiratory outpatient services, hospital pharmacies and home-care programmes running eFlow rapid or eRapid systems.

Questions
Are PARI eFlow rapid parts available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources PARI eFlow rapid and eRapid handsets, aerosol heads and spare parts on request for hospitals, CF clinics, pharmacies and home-care providers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability is confirmed with each quotation.
How often should the aerosol head be replaced?
PARI recommends every 3 to 6 months, and the handset body after up to one year. If nebulisation time more than doubles even after cleaning with the easycare aid, replace the aerosol head.
Is eFlow rapid the same as eRapid?
Both are PARI eFlow Technology handsets: eFlow rapid is the international name and eRapid the US name, and part numbers differ by region. Tell us your controller type and market so we quote the right items.
Can it replace a Tolero, Zirela or Altera handset?
No. Those are medication-specific handsets made for particular medicines. The eFlow rapid handset is for nebuliser solutions or suspensions that have no medication-specific handset.
How should parts be stored in Gulf heat?
PARI specifies storage between −25 and 70 °C and operation between 5 and 40 °C. Keep the system out of direct sun and closed vehicles.
