EDAN
Slim monitor. Full vitals.
The EDAN iM3 measures non-invasive blood pressure, SpO2 and pulse rate as standard, with Nellcor SpO2, SunTech NIBP and five temperature options available. Three work modes cover continuous monitoring with alarms and trends, quick spot checks with most alarms muted, and a Round mode that loads a ward worklist from USB or the EMR and colour-codes each bed's status. An 8-inch capacitive touchscreen tilted at 105°, a 360° smart light and an optional built-in printer and barcode scanner sit in a body 6.6 cm thin at its slimmest point.
Key specifications
Why the EDAN iM3
Three ways to work
Monitor mode gives continuous vitals with alarms and trends, Spot mode gives quick readings with most alarms muted, and Round mode is built for ward rounds.
Rounds, organised
Load a patient map from a USB drive or the EMR. Each bed shows a colour-coded measuring status, readings are stored per patient and the iM3 generates a round report.
Steadier blood pressure
Average BP mode takes three or five automatic readings a few minutes apart, which EDAN designed to reduce false readings such as white-coat hypertension in screening and primary care.
Choose your sensors
EDAN SpO2 and NIBP come as standard, with Nellcor OxiMax SpO2, SunTech NIBP and quick oral, ear, temporal or forehead temperature available to match existing consumables.
A light that reads the room
The 360° smart light works as an alarm light during monitoring, stays off during spot checks so patients are not alarmed, and breathes softly on standby.
Where it is used
Hospital wards, outpatient clinics, emergency departments, primary care and screening, for adult, paediatric and neonatal patients.
