ChoiceMMed
Oxygen saturation, at a glance.
The ChoiceMMed MD300CN series clips onto a fingertip and shows oxygen saturation and pulse rate within seconds, running on two AAA batteries. Models differ mainly in display and features: the MD300CN130 and CN180 use a red LED display, while the CN330, CN356 and CN380 use a colour OLED or LCD screen with plethysmogram and, on some models, perfusion index. SpO₂ accuracy is ±2% from 70 to 100% across the cleared models. They are spot-check devices, not for use under motion or low perfusion.
Key specifications
Why the MD300CN series
Reading in seconds
Place a finger in the clip and press the button: SpO₂ and pulse rate appear on the display, and the oximeter switches off automatically when the finger is removed.
Choose the display
LED models (CN130, CN180) are bright and simple; OLED models (CN330, CN356, CN380) add colour readouts, a pulse waveform and several display orientations.
Cleared accuracy
The FDA-cleared MD300CN130 and CN356 measure SpO₂ to ±2% between 70 and 100% and pulse rate to ±2 bpm or ±2%.
Adults to infants
Indicated for spot-checks in adult, adolescent, child and infant patients with fingers 0.8–2.2 cm thick.
Simple to stock
Two AAA batteries, a silicone finger cushion and an ABS shell keep the units light and easy to issue across wards, clinics and home-care kits.

How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote, stating the model and quantity. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country.
Which model should I choose?
For simple spot-checks the LED MD300CN130 or CN180 is enough. Choose the OLED CN330, CN356 or CN380 if you want a colour display and pulse waveform; the CN356 also shows perfusion index in its EU version.
Can it be used on children?
Yes. The FDA-cleared indication covers adult, adolescent, child and infant patients with fingers 0.8–2.2 cm thick. Choice also makes dedicated children's oximeters (MD300C54, MD300C55).
Is it suitable for continuous monitoring?
No. The MD300CN series is for spot-checking and is not intended for use under motion or low perfusion. Use a bedside monitor for continuous SpO₂.
Can it be kept in a hot car or warehouse?
Storage is rated from −25 to 70 °C, but operation only from 0 or 5 °C to 40 °C depending on model. Let it cool to room temperature before use.
