Perifit Care+ is inserted like a tampon and connects by Bluetooth Low Energy to the free Perifit app. A pressure sensor measures pelvic floor contractions and a motion sensor detects incorrect movements, so the user controls games with her pelvic floor and sees in real time whether she is contracting correctly. The app builds a personalised programme of about five minutes, three to five times a week, and tracks progress. The probe is medical-grade silicone, waterproof and needs no recharging.
