PAX

Rolled up. Ready to evacuate.

The Evac – tactical unrolls from a 52 cm bag into a 212 × 50 cm stretcher with buckles, a cover and zips that open on several sides for patient access. An LDPE plate reinforces the base, so one rescuer can drag the casualty with the 3 m towing sling stored at the head end. For rope rescue and tight access, the Roll-Up Stretcher 2.0 uses a tubular shape that can be carried horizontally, at an angle or almost vertically.

Why the PAX Roll-Up Stretcher Evac

Ultralight and compact

Rolled into its bag, the Evac – tactical is 52 cm long and 14 cm across, and weighs 2.8 kg, so it can ride on a vest, pack or vehicle.

One rescuer can move a casualty

The LDPE-reinforced base lets a single responder drag the stretcher with the 3 m towing sling, for example out of a danger zone.

Access from any side

Several zips with four sliders let the team open the cover exactly where they need to reach the patient, while buckles keep the patient secured.

2.0 for difficult access

The Roll-Up Stretcher 2.0 forms a stable tube that can be carried horizontally, at an angle or nearly vertically, and comes in a transport backpack.

Where it is used

Rescue and emergency services, police and military units, civil defence and disaster relief, and outdoor and mountain rescue.

In the box

Questions

Is the PAX Roll-Up Stretcher Evac available in the UAE and the GCC?

How do I get a price?

Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country.

What is the difference between the Evac – tactical and the 2.0?

The Evac – tactical is a 2.8 kg roll-up stretcher for fast evacuation and towing, packed in a MOLLE bag. The 2.0 (7.3 kg) forms a tubular shell for carrying horizontally, at an angle or near-vertically in hard-to-reach places.

Is there a lighter version?

Yes. PAX also makes the Roll-Up Stretcher light – tactical, about 2 kg with bag and sling, built to DIN EN 1865-1. Ask us if you need it quoted alongside.

Can one person use it?

Yes. PAX states the Evac – tactical can be operated by one person: the reinforced base and 3 m towing sling let a single rescuer drag the casualty. Team training is still recommended.

Is it a medical device?

Yes. PAX states both models are medical devices compliant with EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), and both are registered in EUDAMED as Class I.
