Key specifications
Why the GAMMEX
Latex or latex-free
Choose natural rubber latex, or polyisoprene and neoprene gloves for latex-sensitive staff and patients, within one GAMMEX family and one sizing system.
Made for double gloving
Green PI Undergloves show a colour contrast through a breached cream or white outer glove, and the PI Glove-in-Glove System arrives pre-donned as one double layer.
Thin where it matters
GAMMEX Non-Latex PI Micro is made about 15% thinner than Ansell's standard polyisoprene glove, according to Ansell, for fine tactile work, with a micro-textured finish for grip.
Grip, wet or dry
On GAMMEX Latex, a micro-textured outer surface supports instrument grip in wet and dry conditions, and a polyurethane inner coating allows donning with damp hands.
Where it is used
Operating theatres and day-surgery units across general, orthopaedic, trauma and cardiac surgery, obstetrics and other sterile procedures.
In the box
50 pairs of sterile surgical gloves per dispenser box, each pair in its own sterile pouch; 4 boxes (200 pairs) per case. Pack sizes and configurations are confirmed with the quotation.

Questions
Are GAMMEX gloves available in the UAE and the GCC?
KGG sources GAMMEX surgical gloves on request for hospitals, surgical centres and procurement teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, supplied subject to registration in each destination country. Availability is confirmed with each quotation.
Which GAMMEX glove should we choose?
GAMMEX Latex suits teams that prefer latex feel. Non-Latex PI is the latex-free all-rounder, PI Micro is thinner for fine work, PI Ortho and PI Textured are specialty formats, and the green PI Underglove or pre-donned Glove-in-Glove System supports double gloving. Tell us your specialty and current glove, and we match the line.
Are there latex-free options?
Yes. The Non-Latex lines are made from polyisoprene or neoprene. GAMMEX Latex contains natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions including anaphylactic shock.
What sizes are available?
Most lines come in half sizes from 5.5 to 9. GAMMEX Latex adds size 9.5, and FDA records also list a Half Size Larger version of the PI Glove-in-Glove System.
How should gloves be stored in Gulf heat?
Ansell gives GAMMEX Latex a 3-year shelf life and asks for cool, dry storage away from direct sunlight and ozone sources such as electric motors. No numerical upper temperature is published, so keep cases in air-conditioned stores; we confirm guidance for your line with the quotation.
