Qufora
Predictable bowels. Back in control.
Transanal irrigation instils lukewarm tap water into the rectum to empty the bowel at a chosen time, restoring predictable bowel function. Qufora offers a system for each need: MiniGo, a hand-squeezed low-volume pump with a cone; Flow, a water bag with gravity or pump flow and a cone; Klick, a balloon catheter with a four-step control unit for users who cannot hold a cone; and Bed, a closed system for patients who cannot sit on a toilet. Cones and catheters are ready-lubricated and activated with water.
Key specifications
Why the Qufora IrriSedo
One range, every user
Low-volume MiniGo for passive leakage and evacuation difficulty; high-volume Flow and Klick for neurogenic bowel and slow-transit constipation; Bed for patients who cannot transfer to a toilet.
Gentle by design
Ready-lubricated cones with a soft round tip and five outlets deliver water with a gentle shower effect in all directions in the rectum.
Hands-free hold
Klick's water-inflated balloon holds the catheter in place, and its control unit guides irrigation in four steps with the option to pause at any time.
Irrigation in bed
IrriSedo Bed is a closed system: return water is collected in a bag hygienically and without odour, so bowel care can be done on the bed.
Where it is used
