BMC
Therapy that packs small.
The M1 Mini delivers CPAP or AutoCPAP therapy from 4 to 20 hPa in a 159 × 66 × 72 mm body weighing under 400 g. It has no buttons: users start, stop and set it up through BMC's app over Bluetooth, which also shows therapy reports and installs firmware updates. Auto Ramp, Reslex expiratory relief, leak compensation and optional waterless HU or HU-Plus moisture exchangers support comfort away from home.
Key specifications
Why the M1 Mini
Travel-sized
At 159 × 66 × 72 mm and under 400 g, the M1 Mini fits in a briefcase or carry-on, with four anti-slip feet to keep it steady on a bedside table.
Auto-adjusting pressure
AutoCPAP adapts pressure between 4 and 20 hPa through the night, with three sensitivity profiles: Standard, Soft and Female.
App in control
There are no buttons: the app starts and stops therapy, sets up the device and patient profile, shows reports and updates firmware over Bluetooth.
Waterless humidification
HU and HU-Plus moisture exchangers on BMC masks warm and moisten the air without a water tank; HU-Plus is suggested for high altitude and aircraft.
Comfort features
Auto Ramp senses sleep onset, Reslex eases exhalation pressure, and a coloured light ring gives real-time status feedback.
Where it is used
At home and away: business travel, holidays, trains, ships, aircraft and camping, for adults prescribed CPAP for OSA.

Questions
Is the M1 Mini available in the UAE and the GCC?

How do I get a price?
Add the M1 Mini to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, and can add HU/HU-Plus moisture exchangers, masks and a carrying case.
Do I need a smartphone to use it?
Yes. The M1 Mini has no on-device buttons and is operated exclusively through BMC's mobile app over Bluetooth, which starts and stops therapy and shows reports.
Can I use my own CPAP mask?
All connection ports are standard, so standard CPAP masks connect. Waterless humidification needs BMC's HU or HU-Plus moisture exchanger with a compatible BMC mask such as the P2H or N5H.
Can I take it on a plane?
BMC designs the M1 Mini for travel and suggests HU-Plus for aircraft, but does not state universal in-flight approval. Check your airline's rules for medical devices before you fly.
Is there a battery?
BMC's brochure lists mains power only (100–240 V AC). Ask us about compatible battery options for your market when you request a quote.
