The patient holds the AIMIGo card against the chest; five dry electrodes record a 30-second, 3-lead ECG in three directions, which the MyHeartBeam app sends over Bluetooth and the cloud to a clinician portal. HeartBeam's synthesis software then builds a 12-lead representation, personalised to each patient from a reference standard 12-lead ECG taken at onboarding. A physician reviews the result manually; the system does not perform automated analysis. It is intended for adult patients at home or in clinic.

Cable-free 12-lead view
Three orthogonal leads recorded on the chest are converted into a synthesised 12-lead ECG, similar but not identical to a standard 12-lead, for clinician review.
Personal to each patient
At onboarding the clinician uploads a reference standard 12-lead ECG and the patient makes three recordings, so the synthesis is tailored to that individual.
Thirty seconds on the chest
The patient opens the card's wings, places it over the heart and follows the app; the recording travels by Bluetooth and the cloud to the clinician portal.
Clear clinical scope
Cleared for manual assessment of sinus rhythm, sinus arrhythmia, tachycardia and bradycardia, atrial and ventricular premature complexes and atrial fibrillation. It does not replace a diagnostic 12-lead ECG.

Does it replace a standard 12-lead ECG?
No. The synthesised 12-lead output is similar but not identical to a standard 12-lead ECG and is cleared only for manual assessment of listed non-life-threatening arrhythmias. It is not for detecting heart attack, ischaemia or other conditions.
Does the patient need a reference ECG first?
Yes. The prescribing clinician uploads the patient's standard 12-lead ECG and the patient completes three onboarding recordings with the card, so the software can personalise the synthesis.
Does the device interpret the ECG automatically?
No. The system records and transmits the ECG; a physician or healthcare professional reviews the 3-lead strips and synthesised 12-lead ECG in the clinician portal and follows up with the patient.
