Corsano
Vital signs. On the wrist.
The CardioWatch 287-2 bracelet combines green, red and infrared PPG, ECG electrodes, a temperature sensor and an accelerometer in a 24 × 40 × 10 mm case. Data travel over Bluetooth to the Corsano app and a secure cloud, where clinicians see trends and visual and audible alarms in HCP mode or a browser dashboard. Third-party blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, spirometers and scales can be linked to the same record. Corsano also reports cuffless blood pressure validated to ISO 81060-2.
Key specifications
Why the CardioWatch 287-2
A monitor on the wrist
Pulse rate, SpO2 and skin temperature are recorded continuously, with respiration rate measured intermittently, so patients can move freely on the ward or at home.
Alarms for clinicians
Healthcare professionals see live data in the HCP app or browser dashboard, with visual and audible alerts when pulse, SpO2, respiration or axillary temperature leave set limits.
One record, more devices
Connected third-party blood pressure monitors, spirometers, scales and axillary thermometers add spot checks to the same patient record.
Validated cuffless BP
Corsano reports cuffless blood pressure validated to ISO 81060-2:2019; in the US the FDA clearance covers blood pressure only from connected cuff devices.
Week-long battery
A 140 mAh battery gives up to a week per charge, and the IP66 case suits everyday wear and washing hands.
Where it is used
Hospital wards and step-down units, skilled nursing facilities, hospital-at-home and remote patient monitoring programmes, and clinical research. Not for ICU or operating rooms.

How do I get a price?
Add it to your quote list or use Request a quote. We reply with pricing, lead time and the documents for your country, including platform and data-access options.
Does it measure blood pressure without a cuff?
Corsano reports a cuffless BP algorithm validated to ISO 81060-2:2019. The US FDA clearance covers blood pressure only through connected cuff monitors, so the claim depends on the country of use.
Can it replace an ECG monitor?
No. The FDA labelling states it is not a substitute for an ECG monitor and is not for acutely ill cardiac patients at risk of life-threatening arrhythmias, or for ICU and operating-room use.
How does it cope with Gulf heat?
Corsano specifies operation at 10–40 °C and charging at 10–35 °C. Outdoor summer temperatures can exceed this, so it is best suited to indoor and home monitoring.
How long does the battery last?
Up to a week per charge from a 140 mAh battery, depending on measurement settings. It recharges with a magnetic USB cable.
