Ordering

How do I place a B2B order with KGG?

Send us a request through the contact form, by email to tamimi@adkgg.com or by phone on +971 56 168 0922. Include the products or services you need, quantities, delivery location and timeline. We reply with a quotation or proforma invoice, usually within one business day.

Do you sell to individuals?

No. KGG sells business-to-business only: to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, retailers, institutions and companies. Consumer protection rules for retail sales do not apply.

Can you source products that are not listed on the website?

Yes. Our catalogue shows only part of what we supply. Tell us the product, brand or specification and we will check availability with our manufacturer network.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

What is your minimum order quantity?

The MOQ depends on the product and manufacturer and is stated on each quotation. We support mixed-product orders and small trial orders where the manufacturer allows, so new customers can test products before scaling up.

Lead times and delivery

What are your typical lead times?

Lead time depends on the product, quantity and origin. Items held in the UAE ship faster than items ordered from the manufacturer. The confirmed lead time is written on every quotation before you pay.

Do you deliver across the GCC?

Yes. We deliver door-to-door within the UAE and ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Typical transit times are 3 to 5 business days within the GCC, 7 to 12 in the wider MENA region, and 14 to 21 to Europe and Asia. Shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP are agreed on each invoice.

Can you handle temperature-controlled (cold-chain) products?

Yes, for products that require it. We use cold-chain logistics partners and share temperature records on request. Cold-chain items cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or out of specification.

Registration and compliance

Are your medical products registered in the UAE?

Registration status depends on the product. We supply documentation from certified manufacturers (such as CE, FDA and ISO 13485 where applicable) and support registration with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi. The status of each product is confirmed on the quotation. Some shipments may be held until regulatory approval is complete.

Is KGG a licensed company?

Yes. KGG is Kanan General Trading Group L.L.C O.P.C, licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (trade licence CN-5113736), VAT-registered in the UAE and a member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.

Can you support hospital and government tenders?

Yes. We prepare quotations, technical data sheets and compliance documents for tenders and framework agreements.

Payment terms

What payment terms do you offer?

The standard terms are a 50% deposit when you confirm the order and the remaining 50% before shipment, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Software and services are invoiced as set out in each proposal.

Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (TT) and, for large orders, letters of credit. Invoices can be issued in AED, USD or SAR. Bank details appear only on our official proforma invoice, so please confirm them with us by phone before paying.

IT, AI and software

How long does it take to implement Envision RIS?

The timeline depends on the number of sites, modalities and integrations. It is set out in the proposal and covers modality integration, configuration and staff training. We recommend starting with a paid pilot at one site or department.

Where is our data hosted?

The hosting location is agreed per project and documented before contract signature, taking into account UAE data-residency rules and health-information-exchange requirements (Malaffi, NABIDH and Riayati).

Does Envision RIS work with our existing equipment?

Envision RIS connects through DICOM and HL7 with major modality vendors, including Philips, Siemens and GE. We confirm compatibility with your specific equipment during discovery.

What support do you provide after go-live?

Support levels, response times and escalation paths are defined in a service-level agreement for each client. Support is available in Arabic and English.

How do AI and cloud projects with SADA start?

Every engagement starts with a discovery workshop and a shortlist of use cases ranked by value and feasibility, followed by a pilot with measurable success criteria before full roll-out.
