1. Shipping Responsibility
KGG ships orders worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified on each invoice and agreed upon before payment.

2. Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders are processed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
  • Lead times vary based on product availability, quantity, and destination.
  • For near-expiry stock, shipment is prioritized to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Risk and title of goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For CIF or DDP terms, KGG will insure goods until they reach the agreed delivery point.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import compliance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
  • KGG provides all necessary documentation to facilitate importation.

5. Damaged or Missing Goods

  • Buyers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage or shortages within 3 business days as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Claims after this period will not be accepted.

6. Force Majeure
KGG is not liable for shipping delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or transport disruptions.
